About the Event

The Verbum Book Club invites you to its next meeting. This time we will turn to The Fifth Child by Doris Lessing — a novel that is difficult to simply close and leave behind. It is a book about love, responsibility, family, society and the limits of moral choice. It raises questions for which there are rarely simple or definitive answers.
